Rusty MDF Luggage Tag

Due to the Easter break and enjoying precious Family Time my crafty playtime was very short this month.  Having been thrilled to be selected by the Country View Challenge for my Tim Tag I really wanted to enter this months Rust Theme.

It was many years ago I met the lovely Andy Skinner at a class he was teaching at Pickwell Farm-  and began a love of all things rusty!
I didn't take any how I created as Andy still holds classes and it is unfair on him to do so.
Lots of Deco Art Mediums - acrylic paints, antiquing creams, weathered wood, textured sand, Tinting base, and Matte Medium used to create the finished MDF tag.
The key hole is IOD Mould and paper clay - I think this design with the large cat face is my favourite! I added bronze coloured jump rings for added interest.

Thank you for dropping by :)
I would like to enter this tag into the following Challenges

Anyone For Alice

I really enjoyed decorating a series of small luggage tags with Alice characters! The gorgeous stamps are TG Designs a division of Tweety Jill Publications - just the right size for this project. The luggage tags are from Woodform Crafts.
The phrases are within the stamp set itself , as is the "Why Sometimes I believe...." quotation the Friend quote is a Paper Paradise rubber stamp.
Thank you for dropping by :)  Hope you all had a lovely Easter :)    xx
