Another personal challenge..... I read Cynthia's theme and thought rainbows, shades etc could I create what I had in mind NOPE.

I tried bleaching, mist spraying red and yellow drawing inks - another poor result, and although it's not as I really wanted I feel I can at least pop this on the blog IYKWIM

I really wasn't too sure which way to shoot and display my ATC ... sorry if you've got sore necks ....

I needed to make Thank you cards, and give gifts for my youngest sons Teacher and T.Assistants. So decided to use magnolia stamps for the purpose ....

I created 4 cards, 4 Gift tags, 1 Gift box and decorated some brown parcel wrap (recycled) with images used to create the card. The complete collection...

I have 2 favorite flowers Orcids and Sunflowers so
Here's the orchid card I made using a pre- made orchid, Gold mirricard, woodware corner punch and feathers!


Appropriate as we're both SBS 20 Sistahs!!



Since I'm a new member of SBS I thought it appropriat to do some stamping so the Sunflower card is stamped!! lol
The stamp is hero arts, color box chalk inks for the flowers, glitter, peel offs added. The space in the top right is for a message/greeting!

Blimey hard remembering 10 mins. ago.....

On maternity leave (Nurse), following birth of Simon (4th June)- on our kitchen floor, no not part of the old birthing plan but luckily I knew one of my emergency attending Midwives and managed to wait for DH to return having taken eldest 2 to my good mates home!!

5 things on my today's to do list

1 Visit the Post Office
2 Get the food shopping.... starving kids aren't happy and I don't like my kids being miserable lol
3 Washing
4 Create a card for Cynthia's challenge!!
5 Create a card for a card swap (now overdue)

Snacks I enjoy

Chipsticks, chocolate.....chocolate!


Things I would do if I was MILLIONARE

Make sure the kids each had a home of their own, move so each child has their own room and a kid space room and I can have a craft room!!
Give some to youngest sons school - holiday if any left lol
