Here is my interpretation
I decided to make ribbon bows to add interest and texture to the buttons - which are plain!! Here's a close up of my button ribbon bow flowers.

PS. Thanks for your message, I tried the compatibility mode but it didn't work. So I contacted the manufacturer and they said that the games will not work with Vista! Thankfully he seems happy for now with the new ones :)
