Tim Holtz 2015 Tag
Had a lovely play day today - I am making a tag book for a group I enjoy being in and thought I'd combine this with Mr Holtz's Tags of 2015.
I did pretty much what he showed - paints are PA Vintage Lace, London Night and Bora Bora, over the crumpled tissue paper.Spritzed with Dylusion nutmeg, sealed with matte medium.
The saying is from a Dylusion stamp set cut and glued into position. The 2015 are TH Diecuts x3 to give more depth - these were then gold inked - the same ink was applied as a final layer too using a cocktail stick! After I splattered PA Snowflake and positioned and glued the 2015.
Close up to see all the lovely layers .
Thanks for dropping by

Calendar Challenge
The Craft Barn this year are having a calendar challenge . I have the Tim Holtz flip matchbox die - 657844 which will hold ATC cards woopie - had it for months and only just realised LOL ! I also have TH embossing fades folders and thought dawning of a new year off I went so die cut an ATC card , embossed with folder the yellow is straw ink and then yellow acrylic paint the blue in real life is more Aqua coloured and is TH Broken China Distress ink - turned out shabby chic polite word for messy and yep I had to put 2 calendar dates as I had used DI on bottom layer and it wasn't at all clear to read!!
Thanks for dropping by

First post for 2015
Wow I hadn't realised how long it has been since my last posting - I have created bits but not blogged them the Christmas thing always means crafty play has to stop as the dining area AKA my craft space is devoid of all crafty goodness!!
The challenge at Craft Stamper - Take It Make It is to take a stamp! Fab prize to be won!!
Here's my stamped Travel themed ATC. The Danny Kaye Quote was PC generated, stamp is a new TH classics #20 -coloured with copics and Viva Precious Bronze fussy cut and mounted onto an old map. I enjoyed getting crafty once again.
Thank you for looking :)
